Beth and I serve as full time missionaries in the Philippines with our three wonderful children, Leah, Rebekah and Andrew. In our church: Martin is actively involved in a pastoral ministry in our home church of 10,000 people. He helps develop basic, intermediate and advanced leadership training materials transferable to our church and other local churches. We help counsel, conduct leadership training seminars, family and marriage retreats and disciple laymen. In seminary: We help teach the "ministry of discipleship" to leaders from all over Asia at International School of Theology. In the community: Martin disciples and trains Christian Business Executives to become committed followers of Jesus Christ so they too, can disciple other laymen. Beth disciples several groups of women from the poorest squatters to royalty, business women executives and actresses who are making an impact in the Philippine society. As a wife she provides the support I need to be effective in the many tasks God has given us and as a mother she helps disciple our 3 wonderful children who are all part of our team as they disciple other kids also.
