Jeff Martin and his wife of 19 years, Jamie, are missionaries originally from Rochester, New York. They and their two sons, Kyle & Spencer, moved to the Philippines in 2003 and currently reside in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. Born-again around 1987, Jeff and his wife served in their home church of Calvary Chapel of Greece, Rochester, NY for 10 years. Jeff was a mechanical engineer and Jamie was an administrative assistant before they began serving the Lord in full-time ministry.

At PTA, Jeff is the current Field Director of the Philippine Mission Center. In addition to helping visitors have a successful time of ministry, participating in the local church of Calvary Chapel Dumaguete and home-schooling their two sons, Jeff & Jamie, along with other Filipino ministry leaders, oversee several house churches in the mountains outside Dumaguete. Jamie also oversees the acquisition and distribution of medical equipment and supplies used in the medical clinics and to help indigent patients in need.
